ConDFW No More?
4 months since ConDFW 3. The next should be in 8 months. Yet there’s no word… no announcement of guest of honor, no word from the organizers, even www.condfw.org has been down for months. If we don’t hear anything soon we may have to assume it’s over.
But don’t despair. There’s another convention in Dallas now, Fencon, and Steakley will be attending this year. Check it out at www.fencon.org. I can’t make it, but if you’re in the neighborhood, check it out. Larry Niven’s the G.O.H. this year.
